ISW feel that every person in the society should share their resources with
others specially who are deprived from resources. Society has spent its
resource to educate a person, so an educated person has a moral

The aims of this organisation is to reform the social condition of the poor
neglected section of our society especially the women who have always been
the oppressed ones in the rural areas of West Bengal and in the slums of

Managing fund by raising donation from
individuals, and subscription and donation of members. ISW also create a
fund by implementing income generation programme. ISW also avail some
