After facing sort of difficulties of women who are in distress, specially those who are victims of domestic violence and other such type, ISW develops another way to give the poor women self sufficiency, which is called Micro Credit Programme. Through this, women of the rural and urban slum areas can avail small loan to strengthen their traditional occupation. It helps the women to achieve self contribution into their family economy. It also motivates them to the concept of small savings and capital building and to build a consciousness about self-dependency. At the same time, the family can gat a bit more financial strength and active participation of the women in the economic field make their position in the family more assertive. ISW has involved about thousand women within this initiative being used as a tool for income generation.
